Ron Fitzgerald - President of MathResources provides the general management for MathResources. Mr. Fitzgerald has 29 years of experience in the educational publishing industry and is looking forward to many more. He is the Treasurer of the Atlantic Association for Research in the Mathematical Sciences. Prior to MathResources Ron worked for Allyn & Bacon, Wadsworth, Wiley and Harcourt Publishers. In his many roles within these organizations Ron built a strong and lasting relationship with the mathematics community of North America.
Dr. Carolyn Watters - Board Member of MathResources provides council on things computer related. Dr. Watters is Dean of Graduate Studies at Dalhousie University Halifax N.S. She is a full Professor of Computer Science with research interests in a variety of fields. Her specialty is research on the semantic web and medical informatics. Dr. Jonathan M. Borwein was Shrum Professor of Science (1993-2003) and a Canada Research Chair in Information Technology (2001-08) at Simon Fraser University, and was founding Director of the Centre for Experimental and Constructive Mathematics. In 2004, he (re-)joined the Faculty of Computer Science at Dalhousie as a Canada Research Chair in Distributed and Collaborative Research, cross-appointed in Mathematics, with an adjunct appointment at Simon Fraser. He was born in St Andrews in 1951, and received his DPhil from Oxford in 1974, as a Rhodes Scholar. Prior to joining SFU in 1993, he worked at Dalhousie (1974-91), Carnegie-Mellon (1980-82) and Waterloo (1991-93).

Dr. Andrew Nevin - Chairman of the Board of MathResources provides council on things financial. He is also CEO of Language Calls (LC) a company that provides live spoken language training to a host of clients through their web portal. Previous to this Dr. Nevin has had an extensive career in international markets. Working on four continents and seven cities including London, Paris and Hong Kong Dr. Nevin has held various senior management positions with McKinsey, TD Waterhouse and TD Capital. He holds Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University, an MA in Politics and Philosophy from Balliol College, Oxford University (where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar), and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Western Ontario. Andrew is a major shareholder of MathResources and provides substantial input into the financing activities of the company.
