  • Michael Ryan - Mr. Ryan is currently the CEO/President and Vice Chairman of Envirosystems Inc., President of HD Industrial Services Inc., Chairman of Atlantic Site Remediation Inc., Chairman of Quadra Industrial Services Inc., Chairman of Solutions Inc., past Vice Chairman of Atlantic Industrial Services Inc., and past president of Philip Services Corporation Atlantic. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Mr. Ryan built an environmental management and hazardous waste business that was sold to Philip Services Corporation. Mr. Ryan has been a shareholder and/or director in more than 20 startup ventures, and has lead more than 25 corporate mergers and acquisitions.

  • Brian Lowe - As an accomplished entrepreneur and businessman with over thirty years experience, Mr. Lowe brings invaluable expertise to MathResources, having been responsible for the incorporation and funding of several startup companies. In January 2002, Brian became a founding Director and the Chief Operating Officer of ImmunoVaccine Technologies Inc. Mr. Lowe is recognized for the incorporation and initial funding of approximately $3 million for IVT. Previous to IVT, Mr. Lowe raised over $10 million in startup funding. He is currently a shareholder and Director of several operating companies in Nova Scotia. Mr. Lowe is co-founder and a director of the First Angel Network Association, Atlantic Canada's Association for Private Investors. He is also a director of BioNova, Nova Scotia Life Sciences Association which is a not-for-profit organization.

  • Dr. Andrew Nevin - Dr. Nevin is based in London with PwC where as a Director of the Financial Services Strategy Group he focuses on emerging market financial institutions. Dr. Nevin was honoured with the designation of MCA Strategy Consultant of the Year. Recent clients include one of Nigeria's leading banks and a startup PE firm in the Middle East. Prior to joining PwC, Andrew spent over 7 years in consulting with McKinsey & Company in Toronto and Paris, serving a wide variety of financial institutions and other clients on strategy and organizational issues. He also spent 5 years with TD Bank Financial Group (Canada's largest financial institution) in the private equity and brokerage operations in Canada and Asia; his final position was as Managing Director of TDBFG's discount brokerage operation in Sydney. Andrew holds a PhD in Economics from Harvard University and a MA in Philosophy from Balliol College, Oxford University. His first degree is in Computer Science.
